Help With My RSS Feed....

Is it advisable to do RSS work to help my Ezine artilces to rank and the articles on my WP blog :confused:
I really haven't a clue about how to go about this, do I just take my RSS feed from Ezine and the RSS feed from my WP blog and submit them to the top RSS directories :confused:
If anyone also can give me an idea of a couple of good directories then that would be great.

    Add your rss links to a Tumblr blog entry and then tweet the Tumblr link. You can also add them to Feedbite and Feedburner and then ping all of the links to those pages. That should help. Go ahead and submit to all of the RSS directories too, it shouldn't hurt.

      Thanks alot. I can't actually find my RSS links in Wordpress, any clues of how I can do this?

    Setup your feedburner, and you can check out youtube videos to do this if anything.
