Traffic plan for my e-store?

Hey there, I have an ecom store selling gadgets in India. I have signed up for some SEO services and my site is gradually rising in serps. Currently I am getting around 30-35 vistors a day but sadly almost no conversions.

I don't understand what's going on? May be I should focus on getting more traffic before changing things up.

I know SEO is a long term process, and will eventually get me results but I don't want to wait that long, I was wondering how should I proceed?

You should be getting at least 100 visitors per day to statistically be sure of your conversions. Try and scale up your content or seo first and get more traffic; then you can be able to say if your project is feasible or not.

Depending on the SEO services you use, which I assume are backlinks, do you use other ways to get traffic? For my (local) webshop I don't focus on SEO really much, but on other ways to get traffic:

Did you look for forums and blogs focused on the type of products you sell? For gadgets I assume there are (local) review and discussion sites and forums. You can participate there, try to get reviews, or places ads or banners.

Craigslist and ebay are other ways to get attention and possibly get traffic. (About half my traffic unexpectedly comes from the local craigslist listings).

Also social marketing, like Facebook, Pinterest, or possibly local variants can be used.

In addition to spending money on SEO services, ads in local gadget related magazines might even be an option.

      Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the advice, I believe siging up on relevant forums etc can be a good way to attract vistors.

However I assume, project like this can take off much quickly with a proper team.

So I was wondering if I look at sourcing products, shipping, customer service and things in big scheme, for which all tasks I should start looking for team partners?

Take a look at where your visitors are coming from and what terms they're searching on in your stats. Are they real visitors or mainly bots?

Perhaps you could start a social media campaign, people like to talk about gadgets.

I always say you need at least 100 unique visitors per day and leave it one month with no changes to test conversions.

Then you can make a change and monitor for another month.

Yes, SEO takes time, but if your SEO company did the keyword research with your thoughts in mind they should have chosen a mix of keywords - some which will rank within a month or so, and some which will act as longer term targets.

Hello! I think you need to review your site's contents. That number of visitors can't give you any conversions at all. Try knowing more about your visitors, I mean, what are they looking for and what you need to do. I hope that helped you in a way or so. Best of luck!

You should focus on social sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. You will get some real traffic from them.

Wait it out. I know what it feels like to watch your SERPs sluggishly crawling up, but if you change anything before you can be certain that things aren't working you could make the "problem" worse.

Are you sure that the traffic sources are ok? Do you do SEO yourself? If you got a SEO specialist then he might be making some mistakes or Sending you fake visitors. What was your conversion rate before this started?

If you don't see any conversion this could be your site architecture issue. Is that the site is user friendly? If not you will see NO conversion.

I would prefer to change the site into user firnedly
