Want to pay big commissions, but how do I track affiliate sales?

Hi

I had a great idea to get more business leads today, I can offer up to $500 per successful referral to my business (those who sign on as members) and am going to present this offer to travel agents etc.
Problem is, how do I keep track of who referred who? I want to set this up so that I can pay people for their help, but don't know how to do this.

    Offline your best bet is to give each agent their own discount code. People almost always redeem those (especially on big ticket items) so the agents can be confident the tracking will work.

    If you have the time, you could setup your own affiliate program, you can use services like hasoffers where they have a hosted solution for you.
