I seen that some people are asking for other people to review there website, So please could someone review my site and let me know what you think thanks.

Not an expert, just joined the forum.
But I would put less pictures on the post
for the first page. Looks kind of busy.

  If the main focus of the site is the forum, I would add a button above the fold calling to it (something like a banner, with a nice car and click here to chat, or something). Right now it is lost in the top menu.
  
  the other detail I would change is the sequence of images, I would put it as a slide show.
  
  in general, try to keep the front page above the fold.
  
  last thing, you will need to hire some help to give the forum a jump start. Call in friends and family, open different accounts and talk to yourself. Or hire posters...
  
  nobody posts in empty forums, unless you are an expert and they think they can have your time for free.

1) You have to remove that background.
2) Put an opt-in form on the top right at your widget.
3) Move up the Facebook social plugin
4) Change the font color on top of your website.

These are the few stuffs I think you got to change...for now =)

Good site. It is not clear from your home page on what the site is about. User will know its about cars, but is it used car marketplace, or car forum, or is it a car mechanic's website. I would make it slightly more obvious about the purpose of the site.
