Niche High PR Pagerank Homepage Networks

Some of you may know that I sell subscription spots on a couple of different high PR homepage networks here on Warrior Forum.
What I was wondering here is, would anybody be interested in buying their own niche high PR homepage networks for their own private use, or so they can sell backlink space and make some money?
So, for instance, each article on the domain would suit your niche - such as gambling or electronics etc etc
I have access to a lot of valid PR3 (and the odd PR4) domains.
The networks would be almost completely built using PR3 domains, no less, and possibly the odd PR4.
I would backlink to all of the PR3's using a cluster of high PR backlinks which would keep them all strong, and may even up their PR on the next update. I would make up for an average loss of PR over a network on the first PR update after creation (so if one PR3 went down to a PR2 and another went up to a PR4 then I wouldnt replace because the average remained the same).
I am looking to charge the one off fee of $650 for a 20 x PR3 network. You will have a recurring monthly hosting bill of $27 to go with this.
I will also offer to create a 10 x PR3 network for $375. You will have a recurring monthly hosting fee of $17.
What do you guys think? Any suggestions? I wont be churning these out and they will be made to order, so will take a week or two to make. I will only be looking to sell approx one a week.

- Each domain would have 2 x 500 word articles of your chosen subject written by one of my writers. All websites will also contain images to make it look more realistic. The domain name will NOT be relevant to your niche, however all written work and images on it will be, as well as any metatags etc.
- All domains would be on Wordpress (for easy use by yourself) and would be based on different Wordpress themes.
- Each domain will have Who Is privacy set so that no-one will know who owns them.
- All domains will be on different Class C IPs. An account will be made for you with a host that I use - this will be your only on going fee.
- All domains are with Godaddy so you will need a Godaddy account - I will not transfer to anyone other than Godaddy.
