This is a health related website on cerebral palsy, a PR 1, 1.2 years old domain, a .net, has 2000 backlinks, ranks on google first page 5th position, as $2.5 CPC, monetized with adsense, has about 15 articles, semrush traffic value $850, has made just about $15 in adsense overall, but I am not good at optimizing, may be someone can buy it and make more money or dont know what other options exist for making it more profitable. traffic about 700 uniques per month. exact search volume US global is 1600

    That would give you a better idea on what it might be worth based on the current traffic and advertising revenue.
