problems

i have a few problems and wondering if you can advise
- i dont think my IMNICA optins are getting to my subscribers, because its going into spam
- my site has been hacked into and the product needs fixing - download page and other things
so i have decided
1. transfer to a new host that is secure
2. write to imnica to ask why it is going to spam
questions

it will take time to download all my files and reupload to new host, as i have just renewed my hosting fee with the old one who seem quite useless, but is it worth it?
2.
i am quite exhausted from getting this site ready for some time /product building .traffic etc only for it to be hacked into and again i have been put set back - should i take a holiday / break from it and come back to it before i go mad?
3. should i transfer from IMNICA or are they any good for double optin?
