Suggestions for improving this site? (pest control)

I am ranking better again for my keywords (thanks Warriors For Hire!), and I am now looking for some advice on improving the site.

I have Adsense on it, as well as affiliate product links. I also have a link to a lead capture site (signups that lead to a real job gives me a commission).

My ideas - get a better looking template for the website, improve how the affiliate links are presented. Would it be a good idea to make my site look more like a store? The products are not mine of course, but perhaps that will lead to more clicks and purchases in the end?

Not sure about Adsense. Sometimes, the click payouts are good, but then again, perhaps I lose out of affiliate sales as a results, sales which may be worth more than an Adsense click. I guess I should turn off Adsense and push more affiliate product links for 7 or 14 days and see how the earnings turn out?

Anyway, if you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them.

    It's not a bad site. Here are one or two quick changes I'd make:

    -Improve your pop over opt in box. Right now, the video overlaps it. I thought it was a glitch. Get WP Subscribers instead.

    -Move the sidebar opt in to the top of the screen. That's really important.

    -Correct capitalization errors in the title

    Testing takes longer than 7 to 17 days, unless you're getting 500-1000 visitors per day. Any data you might see could be an error, but it's good that you're talking about testing.

    I'd work more on getting more traffic instead and fixing the slight errors I gave you.

    Thanks for the feedback. The video and the subscribe form - good catch. I didn't see the subscribe form as I have selected "don't show again" for it.

    Great site. The content is pretty good, and definitely adds value to your reader's experience. You should definitely move the opt-in form higher though, I had to scroll almost all the way down to find it!
