Can I include links to my website from my Amazon E-book

About to start creating some of my info products into Kindle books

One thing I am not clear on is can I include links to my sites inside my Ebook?

I have read all through Amazons Kindle Publishing TOS and all I can find is you cannot include a backlink to your site in your product description!

Any successful Kindle publishers please enlighten me!

I am a published Kindle author and asked this question directly of Amazon. This is their response:

"You may include URL links within the content of your book. We suggest only including URLs which link to trustworthy websites and that the URL to the website has little chance of being changed in the future."

Hi Aussie_Al, this is strange because on every ebook I buy on my Kindle I see a lot of links and urls, at start, at the end and also on normal content pages.

I can't give you a "Yes" or "No" for that reason.
But if you place a link to your website inside your introduction or author's page, who can say it's to be removed? No one.

I've seen quite a few books on Kindle which link back to their site and just noticed that colinph970 got the green light from Amazon so looks like a definite yes.
