I'm looking for a general, high-level book / report / website that gives a brief overview of the various areas of IM. Nothing that goes too deep, or tries to spell out a plan of action - just a basic overview.
I'm finding that I spend a lot of time explaining the basics to folks I have on outsourcing work, just to give them enough IM context to help with a project (customer support, article / review writing etc..), and would like to point them at something they could review.
I did find The Internet Marketing Dictionary which is a good start, but I was also hoping to find a little more.
If you have any recommendations on this, I'd really appreciate it!
