Well, the info and "scam reports" on google, could also just be that the users that buy the lists don't use good copy to attract the opens! They do get you in front of X people based on the package, but it up to your Subject headers and Content to compel the actual results!

Has anyone used this and had positive results, or if this is indeed a scammy company, does anyone know a similar service? I heard of something called adswap?

im currently using a company called adboosts. sent an offer to 25k had 716 clickthroughs,(no sales) tweaked the copy and resending to another 25k on monday.

The mecca of postal mail lists that also has phone and email lists is: lists.nextmark.com I thought a 20% broker fee was pretty standard in this industry.

Ever heard of "The money is in the list". Of course you have. It takes some people years to build a good list and they DO NOT want to share it. I have heard of list swapping....like 2000 of my leads for 2000 of yours, but I think its more on a an individual basis. I too would like to find a good source since I have not a good targeted list but nearly everything out there is so spammy.... and be careful because there are "list brokerage firms" out there that are staged and end up putting you on a "spammer list" and thats not a good thing. If I run accross anything legit I will post it here. I have an adswap link in one of my resources that is killer, I will try to find it.
