Hi guys 2 part question, i have been looking everywhere.

1. Can you recommend a site that takes care of registering LLC and website disclaimer and privacy policies etc

2. if I can recording a guest interview, who owns rights to the recording, or how to I word it at the start that is belongs to my company?

    1. You can often register your own LLC online directly with the state. You can find website information on every state's, as well as filing requirements and fees at LimitedLiabilityCompanyCenter.com.

    As far as website disclaimers and privacy policies, there are some sites that will generate them automatically but the canned versions cannot really take into consideration the specifics of your website. For example, a website providing medical information should have different disclaimers than a website providing celebrity wallpapers. A site selling products should have a different TOS than a forum. A site that retains credit card information for recurring billing should have a different TOS and privacy policy than one that runs all sales through Paypal. For a few hundred dollars, you can probably get an experienced internet attorney to review your TOS and privacy policy or, for slightly more, draft them for you.

    2. In the case of a guest interview, it is a good idea to get the interviewee to sign an Interviewee Consent form. If you don't have a consent, then the rights are going to be very murky, particularly if you end up republishing the interview in another format.
