Does anyone know of any pay per lead affiliate programs that allow incentive signups?

    old post, but i was actually googleing this and your thread came up;

    so for anyone else googleing it...

    Vancead.com has several CPA offers that allow incentive traffic... publisherrev.com is another and also cpalead.com

    so far i have been promoting to these networks using incentive traffic (the lead gets a cut of my commissions, thus they are incentivized) and I have not had any trouble like banning or suspension.

    just make sure you are honest and up front with affiliate managers of ANY program or network, ask is it ok and they say no, DONT TRY IT... they say YES, you are in business!
