Hello,

I wrote several books (3 books) about management skills and human resources but I'm not sure yet how to market them online and earn an incom from publishing my work, I'm consedring three methodes but I need your advice in which one is the best to peruse, first is to promot my work and sell it as ebooks either in clickbank or kindle, the second is to build a static website, third is to start a blog and publish it as daily articles or posts, which one do you recommend?

Thank you

Start a site or blog, offer general advice but don't delve too much into it, say enough so they want to buy the book but dont say too much that they get all the info from the site.

    Promote the site.

Also make some YT videos giving video advice.

I think your ebook will work better on kindle...With clickbank you will need to have a proper sales page in place. And also the type of book you are mentioning will do better on kindle than on clickbank.

Yes, Kindle is the best option it does not require any sales copy and off site SEO. For kindle you have to do keyword research and i think you will find many WSO on kindle which provides good information in kindle keyword research.

Blog and Tweet works brilliantly for me. Create a Blog and post daily if possible. Create a Twitter Account and build followers who are interested in your niche. Tweet the Blog Posts using hashtags in messages to reach a wider audience while building followers. Use Wordpress plugin or TwitterFeed.com to auto feed posts to Twitter. Hope this helps.

At first i would cut off the site building for now, and would stick to ebook selling.I would open a blog pretty much at the same time to have some background to the book.
    Good luck!

Video marketing is a great way of promoting your e-books. Create a blog, make a few videos showing the benefits of the e-book and provide a link to buy them. Videos are a great way to introduce yourself and it often eases the minds of skeptical potential buyers.

Facebook is another way to promote products.

Join other forums and contribute useful information in your niche. Be careful not to join and immediately say, "Buy my product."

    Good luck!

Thank You all for your replies, really appreciated

Regarding the Kindle, i think the readers demand high quality books in terms of editing and proofreading, which is very costly for me at the moment, im wondering if there are some Kindle books published which are very successful but has poor editing? does such books exists?

I would advise investing in a proofreader/editor before selling in any venue.

If you go with clickbank or selling on your own site, you're apt to have tons of refund requests, charge backs, etc.

More importantly, your reputation as a good writer/author would would be ruined right out of the gate.

You need to determine which one would be more beneficial for you in the long run. Spending more now for offering books with value or not spending more and not being able to sell more in the future.

        Firebird,

You could in invest in grammar/proofreading software. These work well for the most common mistakes. Not fool a proof method, but they do help.
Just do a search online sometime. Or get a friend to read what you have already written.

Then you can try one on kindle to see what happens.

Creating your own site/blog would be the best option first and foremost. Then, as ryanman suggested, sell it on the Kindle. My personal opinion is that it will be much easier to find the readers you are looking for on their platform than through Clickbank.
