Managing Multiple Wordpress Blogs from a single panel... How?

What are the solutions available to manage multiple blogs from a single login?

I have 5-10 active blogs and logging in into each admin panel everytime to update plugins, making posts or approving comments takes too much time. There has got to be a better way for this...

I have heard about managewp.com but are there alternatives? Anyone here uses managewp.com?

Thanks in advance...

Hmm, no suggestions yet. I know IMers manage multiple blogs but is no one using such a solution?

I don't know about software, but I just have a different tab for each blog. It'll log in automatically most of the time, and it makes management easy.

I think I'd find seeing all the views/comments etc on one page rather confusing. If you do try it, let us know if its a good service!

I don't use managewp.com, but I do have software called Roboform that remembers all the passwords and you only have to click on the name of the site to go there and be automatically logged in. Its terrific and only costs about $30.00. And no, I don't get anything for telling you about it.

Managewp.com seems to have the functionality you need.
You may also try WP Unite. Maybe it will be enough for you.

Yes, I have been using ManageWP but I only use the standard plan not the more advanced plans as personally I find their pricing steep. I subscribed for straight 2 years during beta phase and was able to get 44% discount then.

For backups etc I use a Wordpress plugin which regularly back up all my blogs to Amazon S3.
