Ok, I'd like to ask how could I start website building with no money to start with. I can build very nice websites based on ready made premium templates (legitly purchased, for most I even have a licence allowing me to use template for more then just 1 website). I can easily create websites for small businesses, or similar.

You should put together a portfolio of your services (sample sites built using those templates would be a good start) and add something of value for your prospective clients.

You can also consider purchasing a reseller-type of hosting account with which you can host for prospective clients and continue to see residual income from hosting fees. I've had pretty good success with this.

You won't really get anywhere though, if you cannot have a portfolio of your work ready to display. As far as getting clients: Search through your local business listings and look specifically for new companies that don't have a website yet; they often have startup capital and are willing to invest in the right options. You can also look at existing companies that have no website (or sub-par website) and offer free consultations to show what you can do for them, and offer constructive feedback on what you see they can improve on (and the benefits they will see from improving). Knowledge of SEO can also allow you an opportunity to continue to see profit based on a monthly SEO "contract".

You will need to build a website for yourself, it is a very overpopulated area to be in. I would suggest first building some small websites that look very eye catching so you can make a portfolio.

People will want to see examples of your work and if they like what you have already done then you have done half the battle. It is useful for a user to see websites already made that are online so they can visit them and move around and see how good it is.

Once you have made your website you want to market it, social media and social bookmarks are a good start. There are many great tips on this forum so just look around and read posts and you will soon be at the top
