xheader vs. Paint

I was finding out how to make header / banner for my site. Some one has suggested Paint & some other person has suggested xheader. I now need to know what for x header is used & what for Paint is used in order to decide which suit me best.

    Neither use Gimp, I see lots of tutorials on YouTube on how to create headers that's a great place to start if you don't know how

      paint is used to draw anything and is a painting programme.
      xheader is used to make headers.

      If you need to make a header use the one that is just made for that.

    I would suggest Gimp too.

    Of course you could probably find someone on fiverr to do it pretty inexpensive.

    Try xHeader, because it is specifically designed for making quick and easy headers. It comes with several thousand premade headers in dozens of different categories. Photos and graphics in headers are very high quality, and it is dead simple to create great looking headers in just a few minutes.

    I think there may still be a free version of xHeader available, although it contains less headers than the paid version. Try the free or evaluation version and see how you like it. For me, the $47 price was a real bargain considering what it can do.

      Won't know which to use til you do. I have used xHeader and while it's an easy way to make quick headers, there are some bugs and some things you would think a header maker should do, this one does not. In any regard, they are free and well worth the price. By the time you wait for a dozen comments to your question (and you would still need to try them), you would be able to download those programs and take them for a spin.
