Any ideas why AVI videos are only playing Audio?

I never have a problem playing videos until now. I purchased a WSO today that has One PDF and 7 AVI videos.

I downloaded the so-called videos but they only play Audio. Can anyone tell me why this may be happening?

I contacted the WSO seller but he is in the UK and most likely sleeping right now. Would like to see vids tonight if possible, thanks.

    I always use VLC player. It's a free download and plays just about everything. If it doesn't work, then there is probably something wrong with the format of the videos or how they were made.
    In that case, you will need to get help from the creator of the vids.
