I tried affilate marketing, adsense, ebay, mirco-niche websites, clickbank. I bought paid traffic because i have no clue how to get traffic. I am a college student who is really interested in internet marketing and now have the time on my hands. Im looking for something that can bring in $500 a week easily. Firstly - if you are looking for a way to "bring in" "$500 a week easily" then you are in the wrong place.

IM is a business and like all businesses requires work, dedication and focus.

Why is it that so many people these days think they are entitled (that's the best word I can think of) to find money falling into their laps "easily" without working to earn their living like the rest of us?

If you are good at content writing and backlinking, then offer a content writing and backlinking service. You can post an ad in the Warriors for Hire section. You can also set up a website advertising your services and add it to your sig.

When I started, I created profiles on Odesk.com and Elance.com. So if you have certain skills you might find work there... I have the opposite problem of yours which is I have all the friggiin products and WP plugins in the world but dont have anyone selling them and am not an expert on internet marketing... skype me if interested maybe we can work together.

$500 a week starting off.. will be a scheme..

Few legit businesses will grow that fast unless you buy something already established

It seems like you've tried 'so many things' but none of them worked or turned out to be scams.

How much time have you invested in each 'scam' before deciding it didn't work?

Have you committed to do your very best at each one or approached the right mentors who have been there and done that and learned from them?

There are so many ways to make money online (you've actually listed a lot of them) and each method has its masters.

While I can't assume you're a hopper who gets impatient quickly and wants instant gratification, what I'd suggest if for you to settle in on a niche that really resonates with you, look for a true success story (there are many here in WF) then learn whole-heartedly.

Most important of all, take action, stay the course and don't get distracted by the next shiny penny.

      Good luck dude.

when you say you tried all those different ways of making money, just how hard did you try? Did you get proper help and keep at it, or did you try it for a week and then give up?
I built up a freelance writing business and can make $500+ a week, but I work quite hard doing it. That is why I started up a plr website (plr-pro.com | plr info – private label rights articles) to try and make some passive income.

You could do the same if you excel at writing, but don't expect to make that right from the start. You have to build up a reputation and choose people to work for who are interested in a long-term writing relationship. I suggest you choose something, put in enough effort to learn the ropes thoroughly and stick with it instead of giving up.

Not sure if this will get you $500/week, but you could post your skills on fiverr (like backlinking) and promote that you're a content writer.

On freelance sites, at first, you might have to charge less (for content) in order to build trust and credibility (and ultimately your portfolio of work or good feedback). Later on, you can probably charge more for content if you have awesome reviews.

If as you say you are good at writing content surely you should be looking into product creation. And as someone already mentioned doing gigs, at fivver for instance when some wants a 300 word article ask them where to refer to, if you could do 1 in 20 minutes x that by 5 you'll have a small amount of seed cash to do the same at odesk, guru, elance eventually you could look at hiring writers yourself who knows.

Break your goal down into smaller chunks. What could you be doing to be earning $500 a week 6 months from now. There will be tasks and activity - imagine what that might be. Then think where you stand now here today how much are you making? Maybe $0. Then go half way in time 3 months ($250) what might you be doing - tasks, activities, daily actions what are they? Then go three quarters out - $375 4 and a half months - what would you be doing? Then go just 6 weeks out ($125 a week) what might you be doing to be earning that? Then do 3 weeks ($62 a week) then do 10 days ($30 a week. A handful of fiverr writing or backlink gigs?) Do you think that this goal is achievable for you? You already know enough - package what you do and list it for sale somewhere visible.
