Any Tips For Getting First In Line To Having Your Banner Ad on Warrior Approved?

Hi there, I would like to get my banner ad on the Warrior header. Everytime I go it seems like the spots are full, but I seem to see the same ones everyday listed above. How are they getting there? Any tips on times of submission and how to get my banner up that would be awesome

    Nate,

I have advertised on there quite a bit. Obviously the hardest part of the process is once your banner ad has been approved, you need to activate it by paying the $100 right away otherwise someone else who has been waiting can and will take that spot.

The refresh button becomes your best friend.

It may be because I am on a different time zone to most but I usually didn't have to wait too long until I came across a free banner spot. I would just check it periodically throughout the day and more often than not would stumble across an opening.

In regards to the same old people advertising over and over. Obviously your banner ad lasts for 24 hours so if you have a banner ad running you know exactly when it started and approximately what time it is going to finish so you can sit there hitting the refresh button and try to reactivate your banner before someone else takes that spot from you.

In the end I couldn't be bothered with the whole game. It was making me money but I had better things to do with my time than to sit there refreshing all day. It can be a bit of a nightmare.

    Good luck!

Great advise thanks...I set my alarm for 3am last night (which is Midnight Warrior time) in the hopes of getting first in line for the day. Still no dice. Yes, if that's that game sounds like a pain in the ass. I will still probably try it just to see what kind of results I can get. By the way, what kind of results were you getting? What kind of traffic could I expect? Thanks again for the post

There is no amount of traffic you should expect. It will depend on the day of week you run it, what time of day, the type of banner you are using, the offer being advertised in the banner, and so on.

To be perfectly honest with you I never measured the amount of hits I was getting because I was sending them to my WSO and it's near impossible to track which of the people buying my WSO have come from the banner. I just knew what my average sales volume was so I was able to compare that with the days when I ran the banner ads.

There's no such thing as "getting first in line for the day" either. A banner spot only opens up when another banner spot finishes and does not get reactivated right away. That could be any time of day and you need to remember that you are competing with all different time zones here. So while it may be 3am in the morning for you, it's probably right in the middle of the day for me.
