What does this guy mean?

I have a new site promoting TVs.
Today, a guy made a comment about one of my product reviews with a link back to his own TV site.
I read the comment for many times but I couldn't understand it.
Can you explain me what this guy meant?
Here is the comment:
"In my opinion animating will certainly destroy this idea. The stills demand audience to visualise what exactly is going on that which picturing is what ends in your wit. It's like a complex, intricate laugh in the event you clarify that, instead of enabling your current audience "have itInch, that wrecks the sense of humor. Every one's an art form representative"

It is comment spam. Probably spun text so it has some keywords in it.

Definitely comment spam that is very, very poorly spun. Reading that just gave me a headache.

It's spam. You'll probably get a lot more of that crap.

    Do you manually approve comments?

Welcome to the world of blogging online. No matter how much we wish that people wouldn't do it, no matter how obviously worthless it is, comment spam just isn't going to go away. On my blog, the ratio was around 6 comment spam comments for one real comment. I installed a captcha and that cut down the number to a trickle (guess my PR2 ranking wasn't high enough to be worth using a decaptcha).

    Yup.

He meant to piss all over your site for his own parasitic benefit. Delete the comment and move on.

It's spam, generated by some stupid spam robot, and you can prevent this by always manually moderating all comments.

      THIS^^^

Or just edit the comment so it's a glowing testimonial of your site, remove his signature and put another one of your sites in it's place.

Either way don't waste too much time with it, judging by the comment, they certainly didn't.

Definitely SPAM (can you hear the echo in here It's so aggravating, but it happens every single day. Was this on Wordpress Blog? There are lots of settings you can edit within the dashboard to help moderate SPAM. Also, as one Warrior mentioned, make sure your Akismet plugin is activated with the API Key Code. That will help a lot. Please don't be discouraged. You will get comments. It takes time like everything to build momentum. A good way to attract comments is to be a commenter yourself. Search something like "your keyword +"Commentluv Enabled" in the big G, and you will get a list of blogs related to "your keyword" with the CommentLuv plugin enabled. Then you can go to each blog, leave a serious comment (don't spam them silly), and that will give you a do-follow link back to your blog. People will see your comment, click on your blog's link, and leave comments on your posts. There are tons of people out there searching for blogs to leave do-follow comment links on, make yours available. You'll get a little SPAM along the way, but just brush it aside. I hope it goes great for you!

I get thousands of those a day, it's just a comment spammer hoping to get backlinks using a method that doesn't even work all that well.

This is only spam. Most likely this was posted using an automated tool such as scrapebox. When using these tools the comments used don't always make a lot of sense because, most of the time they have been automatically rewritten over and over by a software with out the human intelligents needed in order to know the comment doesn't actually make sense. Basically this person is only trying to get a backlink to their site nothing more. If you don't want it there you can easily delete it.

How in the world could you guys consider that comment spam? What he meant was quite obvious. 3D is ruining TV.

Don't worry, random commenter. They just don't understand your genius. I do.
