Best way to block content from Google?
I have some pages that Google might think are low quality, they're lists of links that I know people find useful but I guess Google doesn't like lists of links.
Anyway I want to keep them and I have them blocked in robots but I see they are still being indexed url only, so should I block them with meta noindex or does it matter?
My only concern is not having my site viewed as having low quality or thin content by Google, I'm trying to overcome a -50 penalty.
