I recently joined EBW early this year and I notice that the site is pretty dead (although there were some new ebook releases early Jan 2012).
So I've emaiedl Tom to cancel my account and request for my refund (this was done within the 30 days). However, I still have not heard back from him about my refund. I've also sent numerous emails but had no luck.
I know that people are finding it hard to get in touch with him, but here's the thing; I can't log back into my account, meaning someone must have got my message and cancelled my account but refused to issue a refund.
Anyone here knows how I can get a hold of him? Otherwise, I wouldn't suggest people signing up for this program.
