[CB Affiliate] 9 Order Form Submits, 0 Sales - Anyone else

Call it spring break if you will, but as the veterans here know, CB is known to have its "erratic moods" once in a while. And the thing is, I seem to be getting the wrong side of the stick right now.

I don't want to complain but the fact is it's being going good for the past 6 months (I've been doing well as a CB affiliate for 3 years now). That was till last week when CB had its scheduled maintenance between 15 and 20 March, followed by an interruption on 24 Mar (listed in the system log on 26 Mar).

During that time, almost all of my main products got hit, and the trend continues till today (29 Mar). And I'm getting emails from people with authentic cards who eventually ended up buying elsewhere.

The statistic of 9 order form submits (not impressions but actual submits) is for one of my main products yesterday. I contacted the vendor and he says "he" is seeing sales but clearly "I" am seeing none.

So I'm keen to know if I'm being singled out here somehow in the guise of tracking errors, or are others here witnessing similar trends.

Thanks for your time.

Reports of this specific problem go - very strikingly - in "fits and starts".

We hear nothing about it for months on end, even for more than a year, and then suddenly there'll be ten or twelve new threads all started off about this problem over the space of a couple of weeks. This happens again and again and again. I remember the last round of such threads very clearly. Hoping this won't turn into another bout.

My impression of this situation, when it does arise, is that it's an intermittent ClickBank tracking problem. On just one occasion, as I remember, ClickBank even admitted that.

The timing "coincidence" of these situations is clearly not really just "coincidental": it's far too striking and remarkable to be that.

Possibly looking through some of the last "batch of threads" on this subject will help you. There are some suggestions in some of those threads. It's finding them that's the problem ... but this thread might be a starting-place: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post3135268

    • Not sure if it has any bearing but I notice that even the graph on CB analytics is showing a downward trend.
  • It sounds like a error on the tracking. Man that really sucks. Maybe this is a sign that you should become a vendor...
