How do you "thank" someone?

I see in people's profiles that they are thanked or they thank others. How do you do this? It is probably an easy answer, but I don't see it in the FAQs.

    Hi Jim
    You need to have made x number of posts yourself (not sure of the figure), then a link will appear in your own area where you can give fellow Warriors "thanks".

    I think you need to have 5 or 10 posts before the button appears. Once it does, you will see it here:
