I'm looking for a particular type of crowdsourcing site/service

I recently wrote a youtube commenting 'tool' which allows me to have my information spread from almost as many unique youtube accounts and IP addresses as comments are posted.

The script sends me an e-mail for every job completed, and I can generate a csv-based report to list every unique user.
I have been using Microworkers and Minuteworkers to source people to complete these tasks for me. The problem is that these services do not offer an API to automatically verify that someone has completed a task.
That has been a source of bottlenecks for me, and I'm not really sure what else exists out there. Mturk's policy prevents me from posting jobs requiring registration on a website, so their API is out of the question.
What else is out there?
