EPN: Plenty of Clicks but no Earnings

Does any member of Ebay's Partner Network have the same experience as me: Weeks of clicks but completely flat (zero) earnings? When I run a report in EPN the blue line (clicks) look like the Swiss Alps, but my earnings (yellow line) have suddenly flat-lined. I typically have found tha the lines for clicks and earnings almost mirror each other...but as I said, the earnings line suddenly went completely flat two weeks ago. Not sure if it'll ever come back. I haven't received any type of warning or cancellation notice from EPN so I have no reason to believe that there's something wrong with my account. If anyone has a similar experience, please let me know what you know. Thanks.

Same here. It is all about the quality clicks.

I have always noticed this happening when the bids and winning bids numbers go to zero. Getting clicks that don't convert into winning bids doesn't get your EPC up with EPN. As soon as some of the clicks start winning auctions again, then the clicks should start showing earnings for you again.

EPN is supposed to have algorithms in place to either stop or not penalize you for bot clicks on your affiliate links. I don't trust it completely and I think many affiliate site owners don't either.

I use PHPBay Pro and have some other Wordpress plugin scripts installed on the web server that filter out bots and clicks from non-Ebay supported countries, before routing those clicks to Ebay.

Read more about it here: Why Use phpBay | OneLung Thin Affiliate Sites

I'm not sure how you would go about filtering such clicks with non-Wordpress sites, but certainly the concepts are the same either way.
