Judge my Landing Page and 2nd Step

I've changed my LP and some of the steps thereafter.

This is for people searching for dental care in mexico. What we do is inspect dental facilities with US dentists, and then refer patients.


This is not a trick to collect emails, can some of you guys(gals) submit, put "test" in the name field and tell me if you find the whole process difficult or confusing and the information clear and helpful.

      Great squeeze page.

      The only thing I'd change is the subscribe button. Visually it's the strongest element on the page, drawing attention. So I'd put my main keyword there.
