Advice please? :) (About my exact match domains)

Have a bunch of pretty good .org .net and other domains with a pretty pretty good amount of exact match searches and very easy competition..

I would have definitely developed it.. but what the heck.. i can't handle 40 sites at a time.

I will be keeping like 4 of them and want to sell the other domains.

My question was i've tried selling domains on Flippa before but it won't get bids above 100 dollars and it's frustrating, plus the fees, and yes i'm talking about individual domains.. Should i go for sedo or the websites for sale marketplace here?

I went over to Sedo but don't know how it works.. and i warriorforum section says "Complete websites for sale."

Any suggestions?

Have been there, however i barely see any bids, and when i do they are in $1 increments.. however it's more targeted but not a wide range.

Anyone know how sedo works? I managed to put there nameservers on some of my domains but don't know how to list them in their auctions..

I have one .org domain with 368,000 exact searches and others range from 10k-50k and a few above 100k, how much should they go for? Just talking about domains.. i know it's a great idea to develop by i can't as it'll take me ages..

In all truth they probably won't sell as much unless you get yourself a .com

I haven't had any success with that in the past, so I just learned to move on. I did sell some domains on sedo.com for around $2,000+ which to my surprise had less than 20,000 exact searches (technology niche). Unless your .orgs are developed and getting traffic from that keyword, it wouldn't be worth much. Just throw up a blog and buy some SEO + articles ... rank your EMD keyword and you will be able to sell it easily

I wouldn't be too optimistic about .orgs, they never sell as well as .coms though I think as the market gets more saturated that will change.

try auction sites such as the auction page on godaddy and this site: opensrs.com/domains

Difficult to get much more than a hundred dollars though unless it has serious age AND PR.

The problem is if I buy 10 articles per site, = 400 articles for 40 sites. If I even outsource a cheap writer for about 15-20 dollars an article, that would take my total expenses to 8000 dollars, plus 0 seo.

However, greatly appreciate your suggestions, if they do not buy it, in the websites for sale forum, it's their loss and i haven't yet offered a fixed price and will rather keep it high, specially for the 25k plus emd domains.

    Cheers guys.
