How does your IM activiy change on the weekend?

Unlike people with 'regular' jobs, a lot of us full-timers can't take the full weekend off.

Do you cut back at all?

Just curious. I try to - but it never works!

Usually I take the full Saturday off, Sundays I might put in a few hours or so... But nothing crazy... I need to relax

Doing IM full time means that my schedule is already flexible. I can take any day of the week off, depending on what's going on.

So, if something was happening on the weekend, I would decrease my activity accordingly, but not because it was the weekend.

I find it liberating, and it's great being able to take off whenever I need to. I rcommend it highly.

    All the best,
    Michael

I really don't work much on weekends at all. Very light work, only what's necessary.

I still tend to take my weekends off. It gives me time to hang out with my friends, get ahead on homework, and write fiction.

TLC! Taking time to do the reason why I am working in the first place.

Work wise it goes towards rapid planning, analysis of where I am in relation to the bigger picture, etc.

However weekend mainly is for raving and partying for me and my family - though that is work in a way also, but that's another story!

It really just depends on my schedule.

Sometimes I'll work all weekend. Other times I won't even turn on the computer.

I work most weekends - but I think it depends on what business model you have. If you have a business model that involves customer support, it's not a great idea to leave your post for 2 full days.

Having said that, I do take time off when I can - sometimes you just need time to reboot and get a fresh look on things.

As for me, I Love IM too much to take a single day off, but I admit, I still take a day off here and there whether during the week or week-end.... and as bubbins1987 pointed out, you can't leave your post for a full 2 days! I do take 1 month vacation during the summer and advise customers beforehand of course.

All days of the week are weekends for me because I'm an internet marketer.

I only login to my admin panel to check the revenues generated, maybe once or twice over the weekend

For guys like us who are not full time IMers, weekends are the most valuable time to close things that are pending for a long time... no time to relax in the weekends.. but the time is coming where i can get to that comfort...

I do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on the weekends.
    It's family time for me.
