Are you making money or not?

Greetings Fellow Warriors,

Although I signed up quite sometime ago, I haven't been active here until recently.
I'm wondering about your experiences and I would like to know:

A. If you're new or been around trying to make money online but haven't yet
had any success, and why you think this is...what do you think might be
your sticking point.

B. If you have been making money, what were your sticking points and what
was the break through for you.

I think the answers would be beneficial for many people here.
Thanks for taking part. GPF

    good idea for a post.

i have been making money, but it wasn't because of any real breakthrough.

i got laid off from my job as a software engineer. i was in desperate need of money so i buckled down and used my skills independently. now i'm actually glad i got laid off. it was the kick i needed make the best of my skills and ultimately my life.

I've made money online for about 8 months now and my real breakthrough came when I got over my nervousness about the initial investment of time and money that I would have to make in my particular venture.

I've been making money online since 2003 but not selling 'how to make money' products

I am using the knowledge I accumulate to market my service website and I can tell that if you have anything of value to offer to people then I really can't see why you wouldn't make money.

And my breakthrough was actually reading late Corey Rudl's course back in 2002 at a moment in time when I was bored to death with my job

I haven't had a HUGE amount of success. I have been going at IM off and on for like 2 years now. I just recently started to get good business online. There was no real breakthrough. I just found something that works. I'm going to keep doing it until it doesn't work anymore and start my search again.

You'll find it far easir to have a breakthrough and make your first income online if you don't dance around from one thing to the next. Avoid the temptation of buying every next big thing and focuss in on one area until you have made money from it.

Doing anything else will just slow down your progress.

You got that right! I have been guilty of this many times.

I am with Roy. I also agree with everyone else. Although I am somewhat new to IM, I have found it to be better focus on one or 2 things. The more things you join, the less attention spent on each of them.

Also, most will try to sell you on the fact that they can make you rich quick, this is not so. No matter what you are doing online. You have to work hard and put some effort behind it. If you persist and keep focused, I promise you will do great, at what ever program you decide to use.

Find a great team to be a part of. Not only will you learn, but you will teach. That is the beauty of a team. You bounce ideas back and forth, and you will come up with great results. I hope this is helpful.

I've been selling physical goods online for about 8 years now. The one thing you have to do is to comit to it. Get a site up and optimised, spend a few weeks getting it ranking well and you're away...

There is definately money to be made online if you are willing to put in the work. As Roy said a few posts up, find a method you like and stick with it. If you jump around from thing to thing you can get frustrated real quick. If you are willing to WORK at it then you will be successful.
