If you have PLR then yes, most likely.

Make sure you check the terms though.

I don't know why not - just make sure you are clear with what the actual rights are on the specific plr you are using.

Some PLR will be for "private membership" only for example.

There is typically a list of rights that come with any plr package. If you don't see the list, you may want to track down the source and ask them for it.

Yes can be sold
Yes can sell resale rights or master resell rights
You can add the product into your product bundle or package and sell for a higher price
Yes can be added to a paid membership site
You CAN give the product away for FREE

You CANNOT offer the product as a bonus to another product you are selling. However, you can offer other bonuses to this product when selling
You CANNOT sell the product on auction sites such as eBay.com
You CANNOT use nor sell this product in a dime sale event, under any circumstances at all. An event that constitutes a dime sale is one whereby the product starts selling at a very low price and increases every dime after a certain time frame or with every purchase using the dime sale script

My guess would be yes - but I didn't sell you the product and that is who you need to be asking the question to.

I find this very bizarre:

Read the license with the product. If you have unrestricted rights you an do anything you want with it.

I would imagine with that license you could.

That license doesn't say anything about being able to edit or reformat the content so based on what he posted, I disagree with you folks. That doesn't look like private label rights at all. It looks like resell rights.

I agree with Jill and Tina.

These rights are a tad bit confusing and there is zero mention of rights to edit.

That said, why couldn't you take the knowledge from this eBook and knowledge from other material related to that same topic (Google does wonders for this) and draw up a script add some legal images to the mix and make your video.

Just an idea..

  It looks like you have master resale rights, not PLR. Unfortunately, Some MRR sellers call their products PLR for an easier sale. The only way to tell, in most cases, is by reading the terms. Considering you have no editing rights, it isn't PLR.

  You can definitely make plr ebooks into videos.
  
  Make sure you change the plr so that it becomes unique and useful. It is done quite easily.
