Selling generated leads

Hello,

I want to ask about generating leads and selling it. So for example I build website targeting "auto insurance quotes" keyword and geting 10 leads per day. But I am not working for any cpa network,just generating leads for my self. So after what how easily I can sell these leads?

    I'm not very experienced in this and maybe someone can chime in, but is it better to sell the leads or to sell clicks? You could do solo ads and mail out to the list for other marketers. Also, as for selling the leads, do you need to make it clear somewhere that their name and email could be sold?

    You can use websites like leadpile to sell these type of leads, but is there any reason you are not just using a CPA offer? It seems like more work for probably less pay unless you actually pick up the phone and call insurance agencies and try to sell your leads in that way. I know someone who did this with health insurance and actually did pretty well. He would cold call potential clients and offer them 15-20 free leads no catch and as long as those free ones are good leads, independent insurance agents are willing to spend a lot for them.
