Do you mean 'free website generating techniques?' Or do you mean 'free website... wait, I have no idea what else that could mean.

You could go simple: "10 Free Website Generating Techniques" "10 ways to get a free website" etc.

Funny (retarded!) story that your techniques/technicians reminded me of and I've been totally wanting to find somewhere to tell it.

So I was working on selling pest control. One of the main guys working there's native language was one of those little languages you never hear of because only a few people speak it.

We were having 3 ****ty weeks in a row, so he tried planning out sales pitches in his language to to see if that helped him think, and then busted up laughing. When asked why, he said he accidentally switched to English on the last word "tech" for "technicians" except that in his language, what he'd actually said was something like "when can I send over your damned one?" because "tekku" is "damned one".

As for book titles? Um. 10 Free Website Makers works good too.
