Possibly a great website idea,but no programmer

Hey guys, I've been brainstorming quite a lot lately and I think I have found a great website idea. I would like to make it happen as I think it could become huge. Now the problem is that I am no programmer. Any of you guys know how I could do this? I dont have money to pay a programmer but I would be willing to do sort of a partnership and split the earnings that the site woud generate, would this be realistic and if so where can I actually get a talented individual?

  • Head over to vworker.com or elance.com, or guru.com, or freelancer.com. I prefer vworker.com, but have never hired someone to do a whole website.

    But its a fairly painful process. Just describe what you want, and they will bid. Plus there are a few security options that give you a little more control over the process, end result, etc.
