What are YOUR Habits?
-Check Facebook and email multiple times a day
-Come back to the WF multiple times a day
-Skip workouts just because I want to take a nap or do something more fun
-"Forget" to call friends who I know I should
-Etc.
All of those are destructive and are taking me away from the most important things- relationships, health and my business. So, I need to get rid of those habits.
What are YOUR bad habits? Because until you identify them and figure out how to fix them, they aren't going away anytime soon!
