I was wondering, to avoid getting the $35 fee from ClickBank each month, have anyone opened a bank account in a country that support Direct Deposit? If so, what's the ups and downs with that?

You want to convince me that if you are able to avoid that fee you wouldn't? 35$ in another country means alot of money, the OP wants something with direct deposit to get the money faster, the fact that some countries do not have that benefit doesn't mean you cannot work around it in a legal way to get your money faster

True, but they charge that fee because they can't do direct deposit to certain bank accounts. Where they can do direct deposit, they charge no fee. This is merely a request to comply with Clickbank's own rules, not an effort to game the system.

To the OP, I believe you can get a prepaid credit card would allow you to withdraw money directly from ATM anywhere in the world. There are fees associated with that as well, but it's not nearly as expensive. One I looked into a while back while doing research for my personal finance blog is the Mango card (just Google it). They have a $5 monthly fee which is waived if you use the card for more $500 per month in transactions. And yes, they do accept direct deposits.

Why? Because they don't have the fee to make money. It's the costs to produce and send the check. I've talked directly with ClickBank and they said since they don't support Direct Deposit to my country I could open a bank account in another country that does support DB. So now you know that.

Does this way allow me to transfer the money directly to my other bank account?

      Exactly what I meant.

You're right! As I stated above, CB don't do it to make money. I will try to Google it, sound like a good option.

It will be interesting to see how bank / service charges compare.

Generally you can't escape organisations charging you for processing your money.

You'll pay something one way or another.

Of course, no one does anything for free anymore. But if I can reduce the $35 fee each time CB sends me a check I'll be glad.

You can imagine I want to get rid of the fee. Here's an example of what I need to pay to get my money:

Let's say I CB sends me a check of $500, CB takes $35 and when I recive it I need to pay the bank around $30 to get it out. After that the state takes (+/-) 30%.. so what I have left is $304,5. I won't get away from what I have to pay the state, but if I can reduce the $65 I'll do it.

I've just asked Payoneer what my expenses will be by having an account with them. Will update you when I find out.

I have bank accounts in UK. I think it doesn't worth it.
To solve out many issues you have to be phisically in UK. The only one way to get money abroad is cashier. They charge comission for wihthdraw, also conversion rates from £ to $ isn't good. If you use card to pay abroad they charge you for every overseas transaction, also conversion rate isn't great.

Ok, but I'm thinking of US. I don't know if I'm right, but I tend to find UK more expensive than US.

With Payoneer I will pay $20 a year for the account and they take 1% from each transaction with their mastercard. They also don't support that I can transfer my money from the Payoneer account to my real account.

So I'm not sure yet if I will go for this service. I want to be able to do transfers between bank accounts.

First of all, I don't think this counts as gaming the system because they are only looking to find a legal way around the fee (which is a significant amount of money in parts of the world). I'm pretty sure a pre-paid credit card could do the trick, though I'm not certain and I know not all pre-paid cards are created equally.

I am based in the UK and i opened a US bank account from my home. The my bank has No monthly fees & no monthly minimum balance, No annual fee for the VISA debit card, Low opening deposit of only $100 ($200 if you want checks/cheques). The only charges i get if i were you draw cash out from a cash point in the UK, mainly currency conversion which is ok. I get my kindle payments directly deposited into my account.

You have two options, one is where you can open a personal account which will typically take about about 3 -4 months. What you need to do is get a forwarding address in the US (NOT PO). Sign up with a pre-paid credit card prvider such as Payoneer, www.2checkout.com or Sell Online, Ecommerce Software, Affiliate Network | Plimus (no affiliate link) and request a statement to be sent to your US address or they will provide an online statement with your US address printed on it.

Or option 2 is to incorporate a business in the US then open a bank account, this option takes about 2-3weeks.

      All the best
