Clone wordpress site

A while back Im pretty much sure I saw a product online that would let you take an existing site ( affiliate site ) and clone it, literally it would somehow save what you had one one domain, let you download, upload via ftp and it would be ready to go

( not sure what else you would have to change i.e image paths etc to reflect the new domain though )

Anyone know or remember this product?

      What i mean is usually if you manually downloaded everything from a site and uploaded to a new domain. Images wouldn't show up until you uploaded the images and then went into the code and changed all the paths to reflect the new domain.

      Does this do it for you?

      And does it grab all your plugins too?

      that is pricey being as Ive seen a number of cloners ( the one mentioned above which is free ), affiliatecashclone and flipmeclone

      The question though is.. are these others cloners cloning everything like jasons does ( categories, posts, pages, comments, plugins, images the whole lot )

        We have been using wptwin for quite sometime now and we are very much satisfied with it.

        There are 2 short videos that you just need to watch and you will be good to go.

        We decided to purchase wptwin when began transferring all our sites from Goldbar to Hostgator.

        The cloned file also serves as your backup.

        I am a huge fan of the headway theme and I do a lot of customization with it. Good thing about the wptwin, the customization is also copied so one can really save much time. You can then easily edit the new clone site.

        The urls of the images are automatically changed with the current domain url. The url of the pages too. This clone tool just simply rocks.

    It's quite a simple process actually when you know how. There are a few products in the WSO section that will clone one site and allow you to make a perfect copy onto another domain. I know of one which is excellent but because of certain rules I cannot tell you the name of it. Send me a PM if you want to know more.
