Help With One Time Offer

Hi Warriors,

I have a one time offer page that has a low conversion. To be honest it is displayed in an article style. I think tweaking the message, adding graphics, and formatting text would improve conversion tremendously.

My question, can anyone make recommendations for someone who I can outsource this to? This is not a big ticket OTO so I'm not looking to budgeting more than $150 for this.
