I just signed up with clickbank and I am promoting a page which asks the costumer to insert their e-mail and get free report.
But Cb says that it pays $20 for every person refers!!
How is this possible please help!!

Well in this case I suppose it depends on the offer youre promoting, also on the niche, some niches and industries are willing to pay bick bucks formever lead they get, ie. real estate, in this case since were talking about cb, my guess is that once they signup, theyll have to purchase something inside, so read carefully if the comm is per lead or per sale.

    Hope it helps

That is probably just their lead capture system. Once the user submits their email, they will still have to go through more steps in order for you to get your commission I would think.

      I completely agree with Ryan,

I doubt they will actually pay $20 per lead. Like George says, probably still requires them to pay for you to receive commissions

It's a lead generation tool. If it looks too good to be true it probably is.

Well, this is something that very, very few (if any) serious ClickBank affiliates are willing to do.

If you give this thread a very slow, very careful read-through, you'll find about 50 of us explaining why, in great detail: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...oduct-opt.html

But take care: it's a much more complicated issue than many people imagine, and there's some misguided and factually incorrect nonsense talked about this subject, too.

It isn't possible. ClickBank isn't a CPA network. Affiliates get paid only when our customers buy a product/service. (And if the vendor's sales page includes an opt-in, we don't even always get paid when they buy!). So, I don't know exactly where you've seen something that you've taken as meaning that, but whatever it was, respectfully, you've misinterpreted it.

There are about 15,000 products on ClickBank, Ashish. There's just no need to promote one with an opt-in on its sales page.

Here are some product-selection tips, if they help: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post2161932

I was kinda wondering the same thing that Alexa Smith pointed out. ClickBank doesn't pay out like a CPA network. Are you positive that the affiliate link takes you to an opt in page? Or, is that another page you found on the site somewhere?

You might want to check that out again. It sounds like a CPA offer, and I don't recall
seeing any ClickBank products like that. It might be that they capture leads on their
opt-in page, but after that visitors need to buy the product for you to get commission.

I completely agree with Ryan also. They more than likely have to actually purchase something for you to receive a $20.00 commission. Also there is never such thing as a stupid question in anything. You are not stupid because you don't know the answer. Don't forget to ask for help whenever you need it. This forum is wonderful for helping people out.
