Miloads or milo ads, in my twitter timeline I have got someone who is offering to put ads on my site and advertise my site on million of others, miloads . com is there site name, does there sharing policy go against google adsense? I'm confused as they say they are compliant but I'm not sure?

Any help much appreciated

I'm looking at exactly the same thing over a year later! Anyone got any insight as to whether MiloAds are compatable with Adsense? And what their experience with MiloAds is like...
