False "consistently profitable" promises = FTC violations
Anyone have any thoughts on that? I personally never use that type of wording, in fact I tell the truth on my sites and say "typical customer results are that all people lose money and most don't become profitable".
If you google "profitability claims" and see all the FTC and SEC etc enforcement actions, it should be obvious that these types of claims are wrong, should never be used in sales copy, and yet I still see them regularly.
