What are my software options for testing ads?

Hi,

I'm new to IM and am trying to piece together the whole picture. I'd like a way to test the ads I place (either text ads or image ads) by having them rotated by software to carry out a/b/n tests or multivariate tests. I know there is software to do these types of tests for landing pages (Visual website optimize, LiveBall, Optimizely) however is there something similar to these services for testing the ads themselves?

My immediate goal would be to track CTR, however the ideal goal would be to track my end-to-end (ad-to-conversion) stats so I can optimize my ad/lp combos for the best conversion.

Does anyone know of something that exists, or have any suggestions?

Thanks

I use CPVLab. The software can rotate between landing pages, between similar offers or different offers on the LP based on %, and keep track of everything. Easier to use in my mind than P202.

    Hey nolite,

Are you talking about placing banner ads with private deals you've made with websites? Or are you using PPC platforms like AdWords? Self-serve platforms are going to provide CTR data, etc for you and rotate ads for you (in most cases, otherwise you can do it manually). If you're referring to media buys and you're serving the ads, you'll need an ad server. Many options out there for this.

There's software like Bevo Media that will track your ad/lp conversion rates.

    Hi Ryan,

So I'm mainly looking into PPC platforms like Adwords, Sitescount. I'd like to have an eventual plan though for once I can scale up to media buys
