  It also didn't work for me. So many times these codes never work out for me and I don't know why. Maybe I just get them at the wrong places or something.

  Most codes have an allocated release number eg. 10000 then they stop the code after they are sold out. Usually within 3 days but never longer. Just have to be quick in using the codes. Search the forum here "godaddy" everyday and you will get a fresh code to try every few days.

I've noticed on some of GoDaddy's recent promo codes, it's only for dot coms, not dot nets or others.

The code may not work anymore, but just search "domain name" - Godaddy displays ads for $2.95 .com's all the time (I should know, that's how I bought my last one.)
