What is REALLY the BEST Niche Finder Tool to use?

I know there are MANY niche finder websites out there like Micro Niche Finder, Market Samarai, Brad Callen's Niche Finder, Traffic Travis and many, many more. In your personal EXPERIENCE, what really is the BEST one to you use and please explain?
In all honesty, I could buy every single one myself and try it but I just want what other WARRIORS have to say. I hear this niche finder is really good but lacks on this. Others say this one is better because of this and that.
If you can tell me from the TOP 5 are, and put them in order from top to bottom, that will be great!
On each one, can you please tell me the pro's and con's or lacking this and that?
