What I learnt here in WF ... Worthy a look!!!

I will be summarizing here what I learnt from WF in the past year.

1) 2) and 3)Decide what YOU can do, now what you want to do.
a)Quality writing? Choose at least 50 keywords in a single Niche, no matter how much competitive it is, and start writing 1-2 posts per week. Ping your posts with several RSS Feeds.
b) Cheap and effective SEO? Outsource writing to someone (here or odesk) and focus on continuously commenting on blogs, link builing (More details on SEO below)
c) Got huge cash and want to invest? Just do the keyword research, and outsource everything (Must read below to understand HOW TO ACCEPT an outsourced work and be sure its on par with requirements)

What are the above in detail?

A) Quality Content : Thats something totally perspective. Spun articles are UNIQUE, but extremely low quality. Spun articles result in VERY HIGH Bounce Rates, definitely close to ZERO repeat visits!
A Qaulity Article should be 500-700 words in length, segmented into meaningful, correlated paragraph, each being 150-200 words max. Make it SIMPLE, no need for dictionary type material!

B) SEO : Linkbuilding, through article and directory submissions, Blog Commenting. Web 2.0 (These are sites that allow UNIQUE article submission, and you get the benefit of linking back to your site with 2-3 links, depending on the source). Forum commenting (Profiles are just ZERO effect)!

Social Linking : There are hundreds of choices out there, I would recommend Facebook Fan Pages. Spend $10 of Facebook Ads to get 1000 REAL Fans.

C) Total Outsource a combination of the above. For SEO, you dont have to outsource all actions, just choose a few and shoot with them (Blog commenting is a KEY)

What are benefits of each of the above?
A) Great Unique quality, low traffic though. Dont be sad, if you index 50 posts that are of high quality within 2-3 months, you could be PR3-4. Thats great ofr selling links. NOT EVERYTHING IS ADSENSE

B) High Traffic, high bounce rate. Monetized through adsense using organic traffic.

C) Could be the best or the worst, depending on how you're capable of being a good manager or project manager! Dont go for cheaper resources all the time. For example, for a major key article, take people with higher feedback over lower prices (It will pay you back later on)

Ok, tell me numbers!!!!
A) PR4 Blogroll link, could be sold for 35/year (you could have upto 10 on your site).
B) Adsense has no bounds, but lets be factful, fast monetization wont guarantee more than Organically 20-25USD/month after 2 months of work!
C) Best case scenario : a PR4+Adsense 20-25
Worst Case scenario : PR0 thats de-indexed :S

Thats all I got in mind for now.
I learnt a lot from this forum, and though I could help others too with this rookie article

Good Luck

What i like so much about this post is that he made it clear that no matter how competitive a niche is, with good planing and work you will really make money.

That is what i am experiencing now, you will believe with me that the forex niche is competitive but my new site is ranking less that a million, google page rank 1 and many good news.

The secret is that i write 5 unique articles and post to the site and submit the same articles to 6 article directories and i submit each post to 10 social bookmark site.

I manually submitted the site to over 90 blogs and have been commenting on other people blogs.

All these things are fun because i am so happy doing them seeing results but no conversions yet.

work, work and work because the internet business work

Great Spirit. If I were you, I'd focus more on something other than articles. Forex articles are expensive to get. I would go for commenting and forum posts rather than that.
Also, consider having a Facebook page, with 2-3K fans, you can get few clicks everyday on the site.
Use something like FXcash dot com for you that would be better than adsense, I believe.

      Just my cents
      Good Luck
