Legal Pages/Disclaimer/Squeeze Page Question

I'm sort of new to this, and came around WP Legal Pages. What exactly would having legal pages entail?

Is it required because affiliate companies require them? Also if I'm just planning to use CPA/Ads/Affiliates, am I still required (or strongly suggested) to have this information on the site?

Its just best to cover yourself. Not that the template ones will cover you 100% (will any?), but it is just a precaution. I have them on all my sites. I am not familiar with Wp Legal Pages, I purchased mine from a Lawyer here on the forum who was running a WSO at the time.

    Better safe than sorry.

yeah, I figure most are just scare tactics for the smaller/mid competitors or disgruntled people.

You have legal terms to protect your butt from lawsuits and the FTC. Conversely, if someone rips you off, or rips your site off, proper terms may put you in a position to protect your rights.

Depending on what you have on your website, a privacy policy and/or affiliate disclosure may be required per your affiliate agreement.

The only IM lawyers I recommend are myself (of course), Bob Silber, and Mike Young. Due to some shenanigans on the forum this last year make sure anyone claiming they are a "lawyer" is actually a lawyer. They will be more than happy to provide proof of their license to practice law from a State Bar Association.

How much can it typically cost for just general legal pages? Also, since you mention you're an IM laywer, I may need your services one day for another niche I've been doing for the past 4yrs.
