Currently I purchased some action scripts for my photoshop and came across a problem with the setup. I Skyped an associate of mine to see if he could help me with the situation but there was only so much he could explain without having to show me.
To make a difficult situation easy he sent me a link to team view 4 which sets up your computer for a conference and allows your partner to see what you see on your screen but not only that allows them to take control over your computer. This software blew me away, not only in its capabilities but also the price.... FREE!
Not only can something like this help me out with my trouble shooting but my fellow associates and customers. Now I not gonna promote this as a feature to my customers or else I'd never get anything else done. For those situations where emailing with attachments and a phone conversation just isn't working I thinks this will really help with those communication barriers.
