Time To Vent - Anyone Else Having This Problem?

Hi all,

IM products are increasingly being delivered via online formats. So, in order to access the training, you have to "login" to a site.

But, what happens when the vendor continually redirects the login page to another product offering? I tell you what happens. You no longer have access to something you paid for. Is that ethical? Is it criminal?

I will not reveal the name of the product to protect the innocent in case there is something that happened out of the vendor's control, but it's not likely. This is the second time this particular vendor has done this, so I doubt it's some mistake.

What do you think I should do to either get a refund or get electronic copy to this product?

    If you can't get a satisfactory answer from the vendor,get a refund,I had this problem,one I got a refund,the other,I 'let it go',not worth the hassle.

I dislike how some WSO member areas are setup so that the only thing you need to know is someone's email address to reset their password - and instead of sending the new password to their email, it just shows it right on the screen.

    Not secure at all!

This was not a WSO, but a highly touted product on CB. It wasn't cheap either. Right now, the ticket system seems to be sending my messages to the vendor.

I haven't figured out yet where I can escalate this with CB.

    I'd think not?

I doubt it. This is civil law, not criminal law, surely? Isn't it breach of (either express or implied terms in the) contract? Those are rarely "criminal".

I'd certainly complain to ClickBank, in the first instance, since they were the vendor. You bought the product from them, so they're the ones who have a contract with you? And good luck!

    I'm hearing you!

I buy quite a few things, WSO's here, Clickbank and JVzoo. Most are really good, but I have no time for sites that don't work properly, redirects that bounce you around and around, exit pops (had a site today with 5 on it!)etc etc.

I would not hesitate going straight for the refund. Thats one good (or bad) thing with Clickbank - they will always process your refund quickly.

    Good luck!

    Hi guys,

I got zero help from CB. If you want to know who the vendor is, PM me and I will let you know so that you don't buy this clown's products.

Dude, all you have to do it request a refund. If it's within their 60 day guarantee, you'll get it.

      https://www.clickbank.com/orderDetail.htm

Fill out the form and submit it, then click the support button on the next page and follow the instructions. It's not complicated. It may take a day or two,but you'll get the refund.
