Article Submissions Pains

Hey Warriors,

I could use your suggestions.

If you ever tried submitting articles manually, you know how much of a pain it is.

I was submitting articles, and just got fed up and thought there had to be a better way. So since I'm also a programmer, I decided to give a crack at creating an Automatic article submitter.

So the tool will be available soon. But I wanted to make sure I resolved everyone's frustrations with article submissions.

Do you have frustrations with article submitting too? What are they?

Also what features would you like in an article submission tool? What article directories do you want your articles submitted to?

Any suggestions or input would be great. In exchange you'll receive 50% off the launching price...

    I can tell you right away that if it is as buggy as other programs I tried it isn't worth the time/money. Make sure it is smooth.

    Now that said from this exact forum I have learnt that mass submission is not the way to go.

      What other programs have you tried? I'd love to check it out... the one's I've tried only submits to weird, no-name article directories. Assuming it's for massive backlinks for SEO purposes.

    Ahh you talking about this education thread?

    What is mass submission? Isn't it relative?

    To be honest, 90% of my article marketing traffic comes from one source, EzineArticles.com, not sure how the duplicate content factor weighs in there...

    But I have noticed stead incline in SERP rankings with constant and consistent article marketing and anchor text strategy...

      From what I've heard, some article directories frown on using auto submitters. The free one I tried still requires manual work, like picking the right category for your submission and in some cases, still having to fill in certain portions that the submitter doesn't do. It could appear that directory operators add extra boxes that make it impossible to incorporate them into a submitter.

      It really isn't necessary to submit to hundreds of directories. The more widely you submit the same article, the less value it gives you because it becomes just duplicate in Google's eyes.

      Choose 10 high-ranking directories and stop there. Take time to alter your articles slightly for each directory so none are duplicates and you are sure to get much better results.

        Hey Sylvia,

        Thanks for your comments. Yeah altering your articles for the other directories is a good idea...

        I get the impression most people don't alter their articles though. (Should they? Is this so much better?) So would a tool that helps you submit to the top 10 article directories be worth a grain of salt?
